Mindfulness is very important in every day life to prevent stress, anxiety & depression. It helps us understand our body and mind better and gives us tools to promote happiness in our lives. 

Mindfulness should be part of our lives from a young age, but not to worry, we can take the mindfulness approach at any age. It is a must to help us live a happy healthy life.
